The following 2 pictures were taken in Boise, Idaho. We didn't have time to take many more since we had a trip to the Emergency Room the night before. Alden had an allergic reaction to either nuts or down feathers. His mouth started swelling and he had white spots on his face. His throat also started to close. We rushed him to the ER where they gave him some Benadryl and Prednisone. They also gave us an Epipen in case he has any more allergic reactions like that. The ER was a special children's ER and the staff was wonderful. It was such a great experience to get in and out of an ER in an hour. They even sent Alden a card checking on him after we arrived here in Kansas.
